This catio was built for Millie, who enjoys basking in sunbeams and checking out the world around her from way up high. We enclosed the entire deck with ceiling height panels to maximize space, painted it black to match her home railings, and added turf on all shelves to blend in with the natural greenbelt off their backyard.

This catio was built for Titan and Elara, young and curious cats full of energy, who loved to be active and play. To be considerate of the strata council’s wishes, we kept the catio low profile to be in line with the patio railings, painted it the same colour as the building to seamlessly blend in, included shelves of multiple heights, and installed a pet flap in a window for easy access.

This catio was built for Missy and Mia, two young and active indoor cats who needed a safe place to play outside. With lots of deck space to use, we included all the options such as a ladder, tunnel, spiral staircase, and wider perches for stretching out in the sun. To protect the cats from the rain, we used a rain-cover roof, which doubles as a UV-ray protector on sunny days. Cat access to the catio is through a pet flap installed directly into a house wall.

This catio was built for Grubber, a senior cat, and Wesley, a mildly active cat, who were both used to life indoors. To abide by strata’s wishes, we pressure fit the catio to preserve the building envelope, and matched the paint to the exterior colour of the building to blend into the environment. We included a bubble bed, a ramp, and some turf-covered shelves shaped into the catio corners, for maximum relaxation space and easy access. We also included an interior staircase, made of painted white shelves, to allow the cats to access the catio via a pet flap in the window.
